SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days. International orders will be dispatched within the same time frame, yet will take longer to arrive due to international shipping regulations.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries

FREE UK DELIVERY

All UK orders take approximately 3-5 working days to deliver.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. 

International Deliveries

£5 WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

International delivery charges may vary. International shipping cost does not include any additional import fees to which international shipments may be subject, including customs, duties, or fees calculated by country.  Unfortunately we have no control over this, and the customer is responsible for paying any and all custom duties and import fees. We are not able to mark any international packages as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. 

Should the country you wish to ship to not be available through our online store please reach out to us at customercare@samanthaashton.com and we can review the locations options of being added to our shipping locations list.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

We do not use synthetic stabilizers or waxes, as a result, our delicate natural products packaged in glass jars are sensitive to temperature changes. During very warm weather or shipping to very warm climates, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes or on front porches. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products. We face the same problem as companies who make and ship fine chocolates during summer months.

RETURNS

Samantha Ashton Ltd. takes great pride in its reputation for quality products. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact customercare@samanthaashton.com within 7 days of receiving the order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund, less any shipping charges.

Please be aware that any sale items are not exchangeable for other items and cannot be refunded. 

Refunds 

Once you return your item, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund. Refunds will be made back to the account from which the item was purchased.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to receive the returned item, process it, and then re deliver your new order. Don’t forget to include what you would like the item exchanged for e.g. different scent.  Please note exchanges can only occur when the returned item is in sellable condition.
